		<description>If you&#039;re down near Portland at all, the Columbia river is great.  Runs start happening soon.  The Deschutes is really good too.  Up near Seattle are a number of rivers, but not sure which are good.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
